Scrub Residual Sealer

The redaction you can prove, carried in pixels — fail-closed to the wrong key.

The problem

Redactions on a screen can be faked or reversed. A residual sealer records the original→scrubbed transition with cryptographic hashes inside a carrier image, so a recovered seal proves what was removed and fails closed if the wrong key is used.

What it does

Scrubs PII from original text via ranges or a scrubbed text, computes pre-image and post hashes.

Returns a residual ID, scrubbed text, hashes, carrier report, and the sealed carrier.

Extracts the residual with key verification; wrong key fails closed.

Lists residuals (metadata only, no cleartext) and fetches a record by ID.
