What a pilot is

Guided private deployment under NDA/pilot agreement against the configured demo host (isolated demo host). Studio demos are browser-only with in-memory store; pilots run on customer infra.

Vault = minimization/hold/export; Drop = one-time server-side proof; Burn = registered replicas only; Swarm = registered variants; Deniable = registered multi-key layers; Governor = policy+audit on channels you operate.
